We are very pleased about the announcement and appointment of Nicolas Jöpen as Head of Leasing as of September 01, 2023. Nicolas joined VÖLKEL in March this year as Senior Leasing Manager and has already been able to demonstrate his knowledge and skills in various lease negotiations and deals as well as various strategic property approaches.
Nicolas Jöpen has extensive experience in the real estate sector, especially in the letting of retail space, and has a strong national and international network in the industry. In his new role, he will take over the management of VÖLKEL’s nationwide rental activities and, together with Managing Director Rüdiger Hampe, will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of this important business area.
