In 2018, Hines commissioned VÖLKEL with the center and property management, letting and facility management for the Mira shopping center in Munich. The Mira shopping center in the north of Munich is being transformed into a local shopping district center with a growing catchment area of approx. 100,000 inhabitants. In this context, Hines has succeeded in concluding a long-term rental agreement with Kaufland on the second floor of the center.
VÖLKEL played a leading role in this letting and advised the investor extensively during the negotiations and on the conclusion of the lease agreement with Kaufland.
