Following the successful conclusion of the lease agreement with Pepco in the Bahnhofs-Passage in Bernau (near Berlin), which was initiated, negotiated and concluded by us, the tenant and the center celebrated the reopening at the beginning of August. A long-term lease was agreed for Pepco on a rental area of over 500 square meters.
The Polish concept offers a shopping experience for the whole family: from fashion and accessories for young and old to household goods and appliances. The concept therefore fits in very well with the tenant mix of the Bahnhofs-Passage and completes the local offering. The tenant was very pleased with the launch – the store has been well received by visitors to the center.
Negotiations with the expanding tenant are also underway at other locations managed by us.
