As an authentic company from Hamburg, we specialise in real estate services for commercial properties. We have a particular focus on retail, office and logistics properties. We are best known for the real estate management of shopping centres.

Our customers and partners
Our clients include, in particular, banks, insurance companies, national and international investors, institutional investors, family offices and real estate funds. Our client base is made up of both opportunistic investors with a short-term focus and long-term portfolio holders. Correspondingly, we manage all types of assets and a wide variety of investment strategies, from core and core+ to value-add and opportunistic.
In addition to prominent single assets, we also manage large-volume heterogeneous portfolios. Our many years of experience in the management of all kinds of commercial properties have resulted in tried-and-tested workflows and working principles which provide the basis for our teams' activities and the working relationships with our clients.

Well connected and committed to the real estate industry
We have been a member and supporter of the GCSP (German Council of Shopping Places) and the EHI (EHI Retail Institute e. V.) for many years and are actively involved in the ECORE initiative on ESG. As a solution partner, we have an ESG team that is able to check properties for conformity with the targets, to prepare them for certifications and to develop and implement a target concept.
