Kaufland will be the new anchor tenant in the Schwarzwald-Baar-Center from September 14, occupying an area of around 7,100 square meters. The Schwarzwald-Baar-Center connects the two districts of Villingen and Schwenningen. This will close a supply gap in the food sector that arose following the withdrawal of the Real hypermarket chain in 2021.
The center opened in 2000 and has a ground-floor sales area of approx. 33,000 square meters and 1,500 free parking spaces.
VÖLKEL Real Estate has been responsible for center management and leasing since the beginning of 2010 and has brokered the new tenant.
