In a Europe-wide tender conducted by Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH, VÖLKEL has successfully prevailed against numerous applicants for the management of three shopping centers.
VÖLKEL remains commissioned to provide center management and leasing services for the Stadtzentrum Schenefeld in the Hamburg metropolitan area, the Schwarzwald Baar Center in Villingen-Schwenningen, and the Kösseine-Einkaufs-Center in Marktredwitz. VÖLKEL has already been responsible for center and leasing management in all three centers for many years – and additionally for facility management at the KEC.
