VÖLKEL Real Estate welcomes Mr. Doan, a local entrepreneur and operator of a large number of Asian restaurants in southern Germany, to the Kösseine shopping center in Marktredwitz.
Following the conclusion of the rental agreement and extensive renovation work, the new restaurant – DO AN vietnamese cuisine & sushi bar – opened last Saturday. In the restaurant, which covers over 180 m² and has a spacious seating area, visitors can choose between various Asian dishes from different regions. A wide range of sushi rounds off the menu. The culinary specialties are complemented by typical local drinks and cocktails. In order to ensure operation beyond the center’s opening hours in the evenings and on Sundays, the restaurant has its own entrance area, which also offers a pick-up service.
“With the opening of the Asian restaurant, we were able to expand the center’s gastronomic expertise in style. The high-quality concept and inviting design will inspire customers in the KEC and ensure a longer, more pleasant stay,” says Nico Helmedach, Center Manager at VÖLKEL, with conviction.

VÖLKEL Real Estate GmbH has been managing the KEC in Marktredwitz on behalf of the owner since 2013. The center is located directly in Marktredwitz city center and is characterized by its diverse use with offices, cinema and retail.
