October is a time for celebration at VÖLKEL Real Estate: no fewer than three managed shopping centers are celebrating a milestone anniversary this month. The range spans from long-established traditional locations to recently acquired mandates.
VÖLKEL center family, T.E.C. Erfurt is celebrating its 30th anniversary. “For us, it is a privilege to take over the management of this established location just in time for its milestone birthday. Organizing the festivities was a great kickoff for our local team,” explains Helen Bachmann, responsible Center Manager.
Stadt-Zentrum Schenefeld (SZS), which turns 35 years old this month. Last weekend, both centers attracted numerous visitors with a varied mix of events, audience activities, and prize draws. “For three and a half decades, the SZS has demonstrated high resilience and adaptability. Through continuous development, the location remains attractive—and we celebrated that together with our customers,” says Center Manager Gerrit Haaß.
Rounding off the anniversary series at the end of the month is the Market Oberfranken in Hallstadt. The center looks back on a 20-year success story, bringing a festive close to October for VÖLKEL Real Estate
