In the middle of the year, VÖLKEL Real Estate GmbH took over property management of the job center in Berlin Pankow on behalf of the Swiss real estate investment firm Blue Rock Group.
As part of this long-term mandate, the building is to undergo a comprehensive renovation.
Built in 1965 and last modernized in 1994, the property comprises approximately 16,500 m² of space and is fully leased to the Berlin Pankow Job Center and a large restaurant.
The property is excellently connected to Berlin’s public transit network via the “Landsberger Allee” S-Bahn station, located in the immediate vicinity, which provides access to the Berlin Ringbahn and the S-Bahn lines S8/S85, as well as through stops on bus routes 156 and 200.
By taking on this mandate, VÖLKEL further strengthens its presence in the capital.
