VÖLKEL COMPANY Real Estate Consulting, VÖLKEL COMPANY Real Estate Management and VÖLKEL COMPANY Shopping Center Management were founded between 2004 and 2010 as part of the expansion of the range of services offered by the Hamburg-based VÖLKEL Group.
Colleagues from all companies have been working together intensively for years in their respective teams beyond the boundaries of the companies in order to manage properties successfully and sustainably, regardless of the asset class. We want to move even closer together and have merged the three aforementioned companies and renamed them VÖLKEL Real Estate GmbH in order to harmonize and strengthen the VÖLKEL umbrella brand.
