In addition to the typical center management and leasing services, VÖLKEL is also responsible for the commercial property management including accounting, as well as technical property management including project steering for the T.E.C.
The services provided by VÖLKEL thus comprise a comprehensive management mandate for a strong retail location in the Thuringian state capital. Since October 2025, VÖLKEL has already been commissioned with the T.E.C.’s leasing management and the advisory support of the owner.
The goal is to strategically further develop the shopping center in terms of its offerings, appearance, customer journey, and sustainability. Furthermore, attention to detail is expected to lead to operational optimizations and create a symbiosis in the cooperation between the owner and the tenant partners in the interest of the customers.
