The IMOTEX Mode-Center in Neuss has been active in the market for over 40 years and is now the largest provider of pronto moda in Germany. IMOTEX (https://imotex-neuss.de/) offers fashion wholesale for a wide range of high-quality immediate-delivery goods and fast fashion at the highest level, featuring around 400 collections. It provides an internationally significant platform for fashion wholesalers and producers of accessories and leather goods, which is primarily used by retailers and buyers from Germany and abroad.
VÖLKEL Real Estate has assumed a comprehensive mandate for the management of the IMOTEX Mode-Center as of January 1, 2026.
“With a leasable area of approximately 57,000 square meters and 140 rental units, IMOTEX represents a significant expansion of our portfolio,” says Dirk Völkel, Managing Partner of VÖLKEL Real Estate. “The onboarding of the project has been underway since October 2025 and includes center management, technical property management, building services engineering, international leasing, marketing, and customer service. For Europe’s leading B2B fashion center for fast fashion with international tenants, our goal is to sustainably strengthen and further expand the center’s appearance, market presence, and market share.”
“With the new center management by VÖLKEL Real Estate, we are offering our tenants even more intensive and service-oriented support and creating space for new ideas to further develop IMOTEX. At the same time, as owner and landlord, we are closer to the property, more strongly involved in operational decisions, and able to manage developments more quickly and in a more targeted manner together with VÖLKEL Real Estate. We see this as a decisive value lever for the sustainable design and future viability of the location,” says Catherine Dechant, Head of Asset Management at DEMIRE AG.
