VÖLKEL is very pleased that the rebranding of the building under management in Düsseldorf from stilwerk to düwell has won the German Design Award 2026 in the category Excellent Communication Design – Corporate Identity by the agency advyze. The new corporate identity of this exceptional center can be experienced on-site within the unique architecture of an ellipse, through the düwell social media channels – Instagram and Facebook, and on the new website www.due-well.de .
It is no coincidence that the new düwell tagline is For those who seek the extraordinary. The positioning focuses on Interior Design, Art, and Wellbeing. The latter is reflected in the concept’s expansion into the new name DÜWELL: DÜ for Düsseldorf, and WELL for Wellbeing.
The vision: An exclusive gallery mall where people with high standards can find what they are looking for – in premium product worlds as well as in first-class services.
The building is owned by the real estate company Aroundtown. Since January 1, 2025, VÖLKEL Real Estate has been managing the center with the experienced center manager, Dr. Sylvia Nielius, a renowned marketing expert for the innovative revitalization of locations and the transformation of commercial properties into mixed-use buildings.
