The company is extending its existing retail space into directly adjacent leased areas, creating more room for an even more attractive shopping experience. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This development is particularly pleasing given the company&#8217;s long-standing connection to the Stadtgalerie. Rossmann was one of the very first tenants, present since the opening of the Stadtgalerie in 2000 under the former brand &#8220;kd drugstore.&#8221; For more than two decades, the company has been an integral part of the retail offering in Langenfeld&#8217;s city center. With the expansion now agreed upon, Rossmann commits to the location for the long term.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CBR Retail is also continuing its engagement in Stadtgalerie Langenfeld. Within the shopping center, the Street One and CECIL brands will relocate to two neighboring spaces, where they will feature together in a modern combi-store concept. With this new store concept, the company is responding to the changing demands of stationary retail, offering customers the collections of both brands under one roof in the future.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The connection of Street One and CECIL to the Stadtgalerie also dates back to the beginnings of the center. Both brands have been an integral part of the tenant mix since the opening and have accompanied the development of the Stadtgalerie for over 25 years. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e&#8221;We are very pleased that our Center Management and Leasing teams, Nadine Pl\u00f6dt-Posseik and Bent Johannsen, were able to develop forward-looking solutions together with two long-standing and successful retail partners.
