V\u00d6LKEL can report three notable letting successes with strong retailers for the “das Schloss” shopping center in Berlin. Thanks to successful cooperation between V\u00d6LKEL Real Estate, CBRE and Deka, three well-known chain stores – Levi’s, Only and Jack & Jones – have been acquired for the Berlin center. <\/p>\n\n

Jack & Jones already celebrated its opening in September, Levi’s followed in October – and visitors can look forward to the opening of fashion trendsetter Only at the beginning of next year.<\/p>\n\n

Schloss Berlin, known for its varied shopping and lifestyle experience, offers an even more diverse range of products to delight fashion fans in Berlin thanks to the new stores.<\/p>\n\n

Iconic jeans and trendy looks from Levi’s will meet urban streetwear from Jack & Jones. The anticipation for Only, whose store will attract young fashion enthusiasts in particular with its modern, trend-conscious collections, is already palpable. <\/p>\n\n
