V\u00d6LKEL and BlueRock are thus further expanding their cooperation in Germany, which began in 2019.<\/p>\n\n<p>These are the attractive multi-tenant office properties Tempelhof Twins with over 22,200 sqm of lettable space in Berlin-Tempelhof directly on the Teltow Canal and PLUTOS with over 22,600 sqm in the dynamic market environment in Munich-Trudering-Riem.<\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00d6LKEL and BlueRock are already working together successfully on a larger office portfolio with properties in western Germany and Nuremberg.<\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00d6LKEL REAL ESTATE GmbH is a medium-sized family business with a market presence of around 20 years and is a leading specialist in the holistic management, development and letting of commercial real estate, which it manages for national and international clients with 120 employees at over 15 office locations.<\/p>\n\n<p>The BlueRock Group is a real estate investment and asset manager based in Zurich (headquarters) and Berlin. Founded in 2011, the company develops and implements active investment strategies for family offices and institutional investors, among others. Transactions with a total volume of EUR 1.6 billion have been realized to date.<br\/>The BlueRock Group has a portfolio of high-quality properties in central locations in A and B cities and is involved in the Core+, Value-Add and Opportunistic risk classes.
